      Great people, flexible and accommodating, and feel valued.

      Cons

      So many employees working from home creates a sense of isolation. Also, few opportunities for upward advancement, so sometimes work gets monotonous.

      Pros

      You have steady, monthly income in a limited time frame, leaving you with time to do other things.

      Cons

      You get paid a minimum amount to to basic layout. When you go above that with extra time and expense you don't get compensated from the majority of the publishers.
