Very smooth on boarding process. Worked with me at the 11th hour to switch from C2C to W-2 status including coordination with the client. Excellent follow through on everything. I've worked with a lot of staffing firms as both employee and employer and I highly recommend N-Tier.

Limited interaction after you're placed. Not really a con, just depends what you're looking for. They still take excellent care of you.

Excellent staffing company that works extremely hard for their contractors. Every interaction I had with a N-Tier associate was pleasant and they seemed eager to assist however they could. My recruiter worked extremely hard for me in all aspects - including finding good job matches, preparing me for the interview and salary negotiations. Very positive experience working for N-Tier.

If I had to find a con- it would be to offer some type of benefits. Whether it is earned paid time off, 401k, medical insurance or assist in payment for advanced training.
