      Pros

      I enjoyed working with a couple of the people, but that didn't outweigh the negatives.

      Cons

      Lack of safety, lack of training, lack of equipment that works, lack of structure. Honestly, I've been in the professional industry for 20 years and I've never disliked a job more.

      Pros

      A ton of awareness of where we want to be and where we need to grow and plans to get there.

      Cons

      Every company has a couple bad actors you hate to work with who don't want to collaborate and can be toxic. No exception here.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule and nice coworkers

      Cons

      Horrible management that doesn’t support or train employees properly. Managers would talk about employees medical information and upper management overworks employees with no compensation for additional workload.
