Pros
Internal teams (UX, CX, Marketing, HR, engineering, QA) are full of talented and kind people who want to get things done and support each other.
Any sort of overtime or extra effort outside of normal hours is few and far between.
Cons
The company culture is shifting (not fully, yet) due to being acquired by a company in India that is neither the same in culture and ideology, nor on the ground in the US enough to avoid stepping on toes and misutilizating the teams.
