Pros
They really care about their employees and you aren't just a number. At Mission you won't feel worried about job security and they don't really have lay-offs. They are generous with vacation time and many paid holidays throughout the year! Brand new company car (Chevy Equinox).
Cons
The pay is incredibly low which is why the turnover rate is high. Also because this is a smaller company people wear many hats and you don't really know who is in charge of what. Things are not run as efficiently as possible. If you are in one of their specialty divisions you're territory will be gigantic and almost un-manageable.
