Pros
The people I worked with are friendly and are hard workers. The hours I worked are flexible and on Fridays the office closes early. The office is closed on Saturdays so those who work there who are Jewish can observe the Sabbath.
Cons
The only one is that I have worked at the Minneapolis Jewish Federation as an on call volunteer since March of 2011 and I haven't been offered a paid position.
