This is where need to join to bury your career. Total bs by b and s. They don’t even understand delivery and only politics. Even complaining to other leaders and also hr will not give outcome as even they are afraid of them. Look at Glassdoor filled with toxic feedback but no use only. People who keep agree will get lots of promotion and anytime salary changes. Others will get badly spoken and made to feel useless. Even Sr leaders are not spared here. I was top performer and just coz I didn’t agree my manager was told to kick me out. Like this many got sent.
