Pros

You get the resume builder of having worked at an NBA team.

Cons

It’s difficult to pinpoint an issue when everything is a problem. There is a severe lack of prioritisation, which means everything is urgent. This dominoes into work life balance becoming nonexistent. 99% of important information is gate kept until the very last minute, which makes it difficult to work ahead on anything, and you will be blamed for not delivering what they ask for immediately. Your contribution is only valued when you input egregious amount of unpaid overtime. Leadership is a flattering adjective to describe the upper management. They are wildly unhelpful and would rather watch their entire team disappear if it means they don’t need to take accountability for their actions. The turnover rate is incredibly high, so don’t be surprised when your coworkers are entirely different 6 months to a year from now. My best advice to anyone applying here is to use this opportunity as a resume booster and get a better job somewhere else. If you respect yourself in any capacity, consider working somewhere else.
