No culture - Short term view and only focused on financial results - People and infrastructure are after-thoughts or not considered - The corporate sr. managers have created an environment of "US-and-Them" - Only select few are allowed inside the leadership circle and the rest are kept out. Not open to outside views or new ideas. If you consider yourself a professional and want to join a progressive company, this would not be a good environment for you.
