      Pros

      I love this job. Interacting with the newborns and their families. Duties are easy and straightforward. Flexible schedule. Great support from fellow screeners, supervisors and coordinators. Tech support is easy to contact and communicate with if you have any equipment issues. Every employee I have communicated with has been friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Compensation. Not enough hours available. The income from this position is not enough for most people to justify the time/travel and the varying schedule makes it difficult to maintain a second job. No benefits Limited opportunity for growth

      Pros

      Get to meet wonderful patients, coworkers, and some amazing doctors.

      Cons

      This company is very unorganized and very unprofessional. The management team blames everyone but themselves (will even blame the doctors). They are never on the same page and there is not open door policy. It’s a lot of drama between all the offices. I would not advise anyone to apply there unless you like this type of specialty or just want experience.
