      good benefits, good salary, alot of autonomy, flexibility with work hours, variation of work days, potential for quarterly and annual bonuses, good work relationships, holidays off, weekends off

      Cons

      salary cap comes too quickly if start out at a decent pay rate, employee portion of benefits go up annually, PTO maxed out after 8 years, no continuing education possibilities unless clinical, no room for advancement unless in regional offices

      Pros

      Get to meet wonderful patients, coworkers, and some amazing doctors.

      Cons

      This company is very unorganized and very unprofessional. The management team blames everyone but themselves (will even blame the doctors). They are never on the same page and there is not open door policy. It’s a lot of drama between all the offices. I would not advise anyone to apply there unless you like this type of specialty or just want experience.
