Pros
The best thing about working at LoSasso is that you have tons of chances to learn and grow. Being at a small agency is great because you get to wear many hats, but you learn quickly. Help is always there if you seek it out, and management is great at giving you a chance to step out on your own with clients. Management is very supportive and understanding, and is always willing to offer guidance and advice when needed. I appreciate that there is no micromanaging, and employees are treated as adults and are trusted if they are getting their work done and doing their job.
Cons
Not a ton of cons, to be honest. Sometimes you are thrown in situations where you feel a bit over your head, but honestly i feel as though that has helped me grow in the long run. Also, sometimes I think it takes a little longer than other agencies to move up the ladder, but I think that is because LoSasso really values their clients and wants to make sure they are getting the best service possible.
