Pros
Lovely students from all over the world. Class coordinator is responsive and helpful but will only give standard answers. Teachers log each lesson onto the system which is useful but as this is not sent to students automatically students don't bother to look on the website. The only contact students have with Live Lingua is when they contact the class coordinator to buy more lessons from Live Lingua.
Cons
There's no contact to staff members except standard emails confirming availability to take a trial lesson. Students never read the price information on the website before the trial lesson they just hit the free trial lesson button. Students often just want to have a go at it or want to be told which language level they are on. Teachers do not get paid for this time and spend interviewing the student for an hour and then writing up an evaluation for the student, which is sent to the student as the next step in the selling process but retention of students is alone up to the teacher. Management is not accessible and uncommitted.
