      Very flexible schedule and friendly office staff. It is a place with unlimited opportunity for the right person, a place where you can learn and move up as long as you are dedicated and enjoy what you do.

      Cons

      Owners have a "from 10K feet in the air" approach to things. Theories are a great thing, however in the end they are just theories and assumptions.

      Pros

      Decent base pay given my experience. Ability to help build part of the company from the ground up. Direct report (director of operations) was an outstanding individual to work for.

      Cons

      They are newer to Industrial cleaning. They lost the brains behind their operation with the departure of my Director accepting job.
