If you consider being paraded around like a prize winning pony until they are bored of you then they will dispose of you like yesterdays news a pro?
Cons
Being treated like a commodoty there to serve the men in upper management. These guys dont care about anyone but themselves & will manipulate any of their employees for their own gain. Stop pretending you guys are still in your 20's - you are a bunch of overweight alcoholic 40 year old jerks who are only interested in caucasian rail thin young women working for them & keeping them full of free alcohol post shift to keep them from complaining about obvious employement infractions.
