Pros

There are great opportunities for training and learning. I have gotten exposure to more than I would have imagined. If there is anything that I want to know more about it is easy for me to get help learning it. Management has been very kind.

Cons

There is a lot of work to be done at the plant and it can be overwhelming at times. As long as you dont come expecting a walk in the park it will be fine.

Pros

Good benefits, pension (after 5 years), strong focus on competitiveness, supportive team.

Cons

I am a few months into the "training" for EP, and it is genuinely terrible. Work/life balance is awful, the expectation is to work 50+ hours per week, including arriving early, staying late, and doing homework outside of that. I put quotations around training because it isn't training- it's almost entirely self-learning using outdated, disorganized, and confusing e-modules.
