      --The money is decent. --Owner frequently buys lunches. --The building is a clean environment to work in.

      Cons

      --No health insurance. --No dental. --No 401k --Owner is extremely egotistical and narcissistic. --Policies constantly change and there is no structure. --Very shady business practices I didn't feel comfortable with. --Extremely toxic work environment.

      Pros

      Provides water and bathroom on-premise so there is that. Occasional purchased lunches while working. Clean establishment to work in. Commissions finally

      Cons

      Company Policies change as much as the wind over and over. Zero structure within the company. Zero health and retirement benefits. Vacation time is very limited as well as sick time. Work/Life balance is non-existent with this company. Employees are poorly treated when it comes to mental stress due to the unorganized chaos!
