Many good people in the corporate office, most of those are not bosses.
Cons
Being yelled at when your site is actually doing well. Working 70 hours a week and never allowed to take vacation. You can schedule it but it seems to always have to be changed for the convenience of upper mgmt. Having to play damage control after upper mgmt visits to sites to keep employees from quitting. Use to be shown appreciation of dedicated hard work, but then it became as though you were a bad employee if you wanted work a 60 hour week. Tired of 20 year olds running regions who have never ever worked on-site and have no clue as to what goes on in a leasing office. All human eliment taken out of business. All about numbers, and yes bottom line it is the numbers that count, but PEOPLE make those numbers happen, take care of them.
