Pay was very competitive and the managers love to support you anytime. I guess the best thing is the pay though. The longer you suppor them the more they can offer you. Almost going in the whole to make things right for you.
Cons
Work flow is not guaranteed and they won't put a 40 hour week in your contract. You don't get the opportunity to support your family every week, but when you do work a full week, the money will last you a while. Not JM Neil's fault though.
In 2014 I had a great experience with a recruiter at Jm Neil. She was super professional and I couldn't have asked for more. The only reason I left was my contract being cut short by their client.
Cons
Recently I found myself looking for a new opportunity and applied for a new position with JM Neil with a very specific description. In my interview I was told that the description on the site was just a canned description (it was completely unrelated) Also, I was told by the recruiter he would contact me with the actual description for the job and I never received any more contact even after following up myself. I would never work with Clint or Jm Neil again
