Pros

Leadership at IBA has a real interest in the well-being of employees and their families. Work / Life balance is encouraged and, although at the end of the day, this is a business, they truly care about you and will work to help you when needed. We have a comprehensive benefits package and because everyone is so friendly, work is made less stressful even during times of increasing workloads.

Cons

This is a midsize company so career growth is limited but the company does work with employees to identify training opportunities.

Pros

I worked as a CAT II subcontractor for IBA. I loved working for myself and having the flexibility to work my own hours within reason. Although I did not receive federal holidays off, no sick leave and/or time off, they paid you very well, and I worked remotely.

Cons

Cons was the fact as a sub-contractor I had to go 90 days without pay but it turned out to be great that was as when my position was let go; I had checks coming in while unemployed.
