      Pros

      Great benefits and competitive pay. Lots of growth recently, so a lot of opportunities. Good utilization bonus, as well as quarterly. The firm is doing well and I see nothning but great projects starting up, Everyone from management to the various Learning Academy resources have been very helpul and great to work with. The CEO actually cares about each employee and has a great head on his shoulders.

      Cons

      Can get lost in the shuffle of a larger firm that is Global. Being fairly new to the firm, I do not see any concerns that would raise any doubts.

      Excellent Work Environment: The team fosters a highly collaborative atmosphere and emphasizes open communication. New employees receive comprehensive support from their colleagues and managers from the outset. Competitive Compensation: The salary was in line with the industry, and the benefits (healthcare, 401k matching, and Flex PTO) are excellent. Career Growth: The organization offers numerous avenues for professional development, with management actively promoting learning through online courses and the acquisition of relevant certifications.

      Cons

      Onboarding: Gathering the necessary information to connect to internal systems requires patients and entails additional time.
