Excellent temporary work - Temp Program Assistant Humanix Employee Review

I have been placed twice by Humanix here in Northern Idaho. Having arrived in the middle of winter, they interviewed me, sizing-up my abilities, needs and wants then compared these with their client base. In under three weeks I was interviewed twice and hired as a temp at a top rated company. This position transitioned to permanent. It's true: temp hire is a great way for the company and for the individual to 'interview each other'. Unfortunately the business eventually went through a down sizing and my position was eliminated. Naturally, I contacted Humanix - Round TWO! I contacted my recruiter (Rosa in CDA) and she contacted Jeff from another office and in short order, Humanix found a very good match locally. After a thorough interview process with this superb local company, I received my offer letter today! - My experience is that the Humanix recruiters are upbeat and motivated to really match employees with businesses. - After hire, there was periodic follow-up to see how the placement was going and if we had any concerns. - My pay checks when working as a temp through Humanix were ALWAYS on time and correct. - Nice people who really care about their and > MY < work life. BTW - these recruiters are there to help YOU. They can greatly help anyone to find meaningful work and to find qualified employees: listen to what they have to say and you will be successful.

I have been with Humanix since 1988. So yes, this makes me one of the oldies. I joined with two degrees and started at the bottom with the confidence I could grow here and contribute to the company.
