Ability to learn a lot about business processes and strategic decision making if you are into that sort of thing. Highly customer focused and will go to great lengths in the name of customer satisfaction.

Very immature (young) middle managers who have a difficult time bridging the gap between individual contributions and upper leadership. A lot of tinkering which leads to distractions and delays actual product development efforts. Starting to lose a grip on the long-time culture that everyone seems to enjoy.
