Good people and good environment

Not a lot of money

Closed most Sundays and holidays

Too many bosses who don't talk to each other and work together Expect you to work very hard and are not forth coming with raises to show their appreciation for your contribution. Say they like and appreciate their staff and yet support a lot of practices that undermine that. Very inefficient as they don't listen to their staff to improve things.
