If you disagree with your corporate boss, who doesn't even live in the state, about how your facility should be run based on what the customer wants for their facility, they will fire you. Corporate bosses must always be right. Was also told my boss that it didn't matter if my shift ended at a certain time and others were there, I should stay because it would get busy even though I had to leave to pick up my kids.
