Of course pay can always be higher.

If the managers like you, your schedule will be great. If the hosts like you, you will make great money. When you are scheduled to work a double, you get a free meal. The shifts are usually 4–6 hours each, so not too strenuous.

If the managers and/or the hosts don't like you, it will impact your money. Sometimes customers are rude or complain about something out of your control, and the managers will not have your back.
