      Fair wages. DON is very clear and honest about expectations. Medical Director is agreeable and has a sense of humor. Good benefits. HR is good with approving time off.

      Cons

      Evening shift is exceptionally understaffed - especially on the weekends which means care is compromised.

      Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, nice office space

      Cons

      Horrendously overworked. They kept promising help that never arrived. I felt terrible having to let certain tasks fall by the wayside because I was always drowning. I was afraid to take a day off and worked through illnesses, making it harder to recover. Administrator didnt care.
