Flexibility is pretty alright. SOME of the team members are really nice and will actually try to help you out.
Cons
The pay sucks. 10 years experience and best they could do is 15/hr even after I learned multiple processes. Cannot move up or get a raise unless you have YEARS experience. Some of the "teachers pets" are the ones with priority and even if they are rude to you, they blame you because you are newer. Some team members are horrible to work with. I was told leadership was pretty helpful when it came to work/personal issues and was told how much they did for certain workers and it turns out if you don't fit their category they don't really try for you. For christmas you get "1 hour" of time off. Its just a long list of cons here.
