Pros

Enjoyed working here. Interesting approach to health benefits, but financially it worked well. A lot of resources in the company to get the job done.

Cons

Pay was below average and bonus calculation was impossible. It just showed up and there was no way to know what, if any, bonus you would receive.

Very friendly and helpful peers. Employee ownership is a true benefit financially and culturally, there is a true sense of ownership top down.

Cons

Poor work life balance, management micro-manages activity and hyper critical. Onboarding was slow and somehow there was still expectation for high activity.
