      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to learn and grow with the company. Job security is definitely there. If you like to work there is plenty to do to keep the day moving.

      Cons

      Can't think of any right now.. except perhaps that there is little or no breathing room between jobs. So if a job runs over due to a problem, it can cause an issue with the next install.

      Pros

      Very friendly and helpful peers. Employee ownership is a true benefit financially and culturally, there is a true sense of ownership top down.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, management micro-manages activity and hyper critical. Onboarding was slow and somehow there was still expectation for high activity.
