      Pros

      Jim and Marina are great to work for. They take care of their employees and treat them like family. They allow you the freedom to do your job and make mistakes, which is the only way to learn. I wouldn't work for anyone else!

      Cons

      As long as you are driven, resourceful, and don't need to have your hand held, there are no cons!

      Pros

      No micromanaging! The owner has a knack for seeking out the best people that will work together to build a great company. Everyone I work with is driven and reliable. This environment is best suited for people that can and will work independently at a quick pace. The company is growing and striving to be better at all times, so being open to learning on a daily basis is a must. Everyone I work with is positive....even on the busiest of days, I appreciate that we can still joke and have fun while hitting our goals. If you're serious about wanting to learn and grow in the real estate investment industry, this is a great place to do it.

      Health benefits could be better. No 401k until after a year of employment
