Seems like there is no transparency, management is not truthful! Will give you the runaround like they do clients. Pay is misleading on here, also. Little to no growth prospects. You wouldn't want to stay as is. No organized training regiment/plan. They'll have you do support for a while, not really true consulting. No value for motivated talent (cheap management). Raises and bonuses are few and far in between. Read the more negative reviews for an honest review of this company. High Turnaround I would say. If they have you travel, you will have little free time on weekends.
