Durabuilt Windows & Doors Inc. is a synonymous of a poisonous work environment, arrogance, micromanagement to the point of harassment, fearmongering, favoritism, totalitarianism and disrespect towards employees are exercised daily by the company’s ownership. The revolving door at the company never slows down. Many employees are leaving, others, who refuse to accept the uncivilized status quo of the company are being fired. Members of the upper management (also the so-called executives) have no say, but must blindly follow the ownership’s directions or else, regardless if the owners are right or wrong. The company has officially adopted its motto: “All About You”, which due to the existing and actual situation at the company has become a farce and rightfully so is being mocked by the current and past employees, who are openly saying: “All About the Owners – No One Else”.
