Management is unprofessional and inexperienced. There are lots of organizational changes, but no one seems to have a clear view of "The Future". They have tons of meetings to talk about it, but only come out of those meetings and do nothing. Overall, there is a huge lack of accountability throughout the organization. There is never a clear picture of who is in charge.
