      Summer camp was not a good experience. Many of the people that they hire to look after the children are immature and thus they should not be allowed to look after them and it seems like some of this bad culture is entrenched in the organisation with them re-hiring even those with a questionable track record.

      Pros

      Good, diverse group of co-workers, and opportunities to meet interesting people. Good place to teach with moderate support for teachers. The immersion programs are some of the most inspiring work you could ever do.

      Cons

      The owners do not appreciate or value the people under them. The lack of leadership, team cohesion or vision from the top results in burn out, apathy and/or indiference after a season.
