Pros

Benefits Ok. There is flexibility with working from home.

Cons

Politics, politics, politics. There is very, very little communication between (or even within departments). Employees not located in New York are treated like second class citizens. DealerTrack is a software development company that is very slow to investigate or adapt to new software technologies...they often times have the blinders on too much.

Pros

- Decent Pay - Remote - Benefits

Cons

- Leadership challenges following the acquisition. - Heavy micromanagement that can limit autonomy and trust. - Use of activity-tracking software that feels overly restrictive and impacts flexibility during the workday. - Some managers lack hands-on experience with the products or systems their teams support. - Escalation processes can be difficult, with limited manager involvement in client interactions. - Team members are expected to support products without sufficient training or resources. - Perceived favoritism within management. - Interview experience may feel rushed or lacking engagement at higher leadership levels. - Concerns about organizational changes affecting long-tenured employees. - Previous offshoring efforts created challenges and may still be impacting team stability. - High workloads with frequent back-to-back calls and limited downtime. - Toxic managers, they only value employees who say yes to everything.
