Pros

Co workers were very team oriented within departments. Health plan I thought was above average. Salary was more than fair for a retail company.

Cons

The middle management in my opinion are not a people orientated group and do not respect loyalty and longivity. There was a lack of communication between departments.

Pros

Fantastic coworkers, very supportive boss

Cons

Challenging customers, treated like a service, rather than a human being much of the time. However, that's a typical retail experience, especially at a place most people view as a chore, rather than an outing. The pleasant customers and great team, help offset the abusive ones.
