Pros

Company has great potential due to extremelly passionate and dedicated employees. It is trying to reinvent itself and grow into a more "established" company but at what cost...

Cons

The cost of the change is on the employees... Long working hours, frequent strategy/course changes, a distant upper management that struggles to relate with employees, all this leading to an inability to execute in a timely fashion on product launches - which makes it even harder on us, the employees.

Great teammates, cool products, great potential

Cons

Seems to love getting rid of people who actually work and know what they're doing. High performing people gets more responsibilities and less time to actually do their work. However, upper management is directionless. While other companies in this sector are seeing incredible increases in stock prices, Corsair stock is dropping like an anchor. Policies set are meaningless as soon as it's published. Roadmaps are outdated as soon as it's released. Marketing seems to run everything without any feedbacks from Engineering, Procurement or Sales. Instead of innovating and iterating quickly, product features keep changing to catch-up to competitors and engineering are always the scapegoats for product delays. Everyone that tries to "feature lock" marketing requirements are seen as non-teamplayers by marketing department and are either sidelined or eliminated.
