      you get a lot of experience, especially in limited service hotels. Its smaller hotels so you are responsible for a lot more.

      its very hard to grow within the hotels.

      Pros

      They offer Critical illness insurance and I was diagnosed with MS. I received a payout that helped me in the beginning. Plus Life insurance for my 72 yr old Husband who passed away 6 months ago.

      Horrible management and owners. Extremely unorganized. Work life balance is terrible. Stress levels are very high. Random insurance company.
