I can think of no disadvantages to working with Clover Global Solutions

I've worked in this industry for quite sometime and have never experienced a company like this. I am not one to leave reviews but to see such a positive review that is clearly a lie, I could not let someone make the mistake of giving their talents to this company. The owners belittle just about everyone in the company and have zero trust in ANY of their employees, not even the trusted employees that have been there for over 5 yrs. .. you could have extensive knowledge in your field , a bachelor's and master's and still not know anything as far as they are concerned. I have also witnessed certain prejudices at this company. The company brings in a lot of younger people to do tedious admin work and belittles them each chance they get. Most of them eventually look miserable and end up crying because of one of the owners treatment. You are monitored ALWAYS. There are monitors on the computer. .In your phones..laptops, secret cameras and HR walks the office every 15 mins to see where you are.

There is constant disrespect due to the lack of trust. There are better companies in the surrounding area. My advice, find a job anywhere but here.
