The firm had open door policy so staff had more contact with managers and above. The firm culture was great. Everyone was willing to help you learn. The office I was at would order food a few times a week during busy seasons. You also get flexibility to work from home but it’s based on circumstances. You also grow faster here because they’ll let you grow at your own pace and learn whatever you want as long as you’re vocal and you let your leads know.
