      Pros

      Broad exposure and involvement all over Berlin, large hospital network, good access to patients, generally good colleagues.

      Cons

      Terrible research managers, little room for growth, HR refused to address serious personnel issues, poor quality research practices, old/outdated facilities, not very accommodating to International employees.

      Pros

      Real good research happens here. We'll qualified staff. Good mentors and a great place to make impactful contributions. Highly recommend.

      Cons

      Becomes very easy to assimilate if you can speak German. I believe there are enough English speaking staff.
