      Pros

      Some good and dedicated people to work alongside. Some career opportunities.

      Cons

      CM needs to work out what it wants to be. No clear strategy or direction. People don't feel connected to a bigger picture. Also there is a culture of bullying that comes from the top. Leadership team sets a terrible example. Most of all people are not valued which is a shame because there are some great people there.

      Pros

      I work in a great team, the culture is good and we all work hard. I can see the leadership take on feedback and implement change when needed. There is lots of transparent communication too. The biggest pro would be good team culture and great work-life balance/flexible working.
