They are not open Sundays like other banks, Do open their doors to help serve their communities they are in, they are growing in size.

Benefits are getting pinched, Medical insurance has taken a downfall, the plan now has a deductible tied in where you are responsible for your claims until you meet your deductible. No real performance reviews given on personal merit, just an annual one where the percentage has shrunk. No bonuses at end of year just a email for recognition..Company keeps growing but doesn't give back to the people that help get them there.
