      Lots of dirty politics and drama playing. CEO/management don't consider hardworking people. Promotion happens based on relationship but not performance. Threats of laying off employees to "motivate" people.

      Pros

      Some good people and lunch time.

      Cons

      Low pay, high work load, leave tired. Company is not making money. Unorganized toxic leadership. No samples, no benefits, no culture. Not federally legal so your subject for arrest. Overall extremely disappointing but not surprised. This job is leading me toward sobriety and eye opening to the effects of Cannabis. You'd think this would be a great place to work and is one of the worst jobs I've ever had.
