I work on the BMI vertical for Office Product Distribution. The system is very complex, supposedly one of the "largest" ISV verticals out there. We are constantly moving the product forward from a technological and feature prospective. What I love about my job is the constant learning of new things. I know that I am way ahead of my fellow colleagues who are doing generic Nav installs. The exposure to new technology just keeps on coming. I am definitely a beneficiary of that. Also a great deal of teamwork is required and I love that.

Not really a con, but our Office Product installs are very complex and the companies we service are on the large side of the scale. The end result is that a go live is very demanding and time consuming and it takes a couple of days to recover...............but its very satisfying and worth it in the end.

If you are self-motivated and thrive when faced with challenges in software implementation and development, this is a great place to build a career. The work is intense, but the company has built a team that handles it extremely well. The people are the most positive aspect of this company. I've found that even when the pressure is on everyone maintains an attitude of working well together, finding solutions and encouraging each other.

The office culture is unique in that all employees work remotely - but technology provides plenty of opportunities to interact effectively.
