      Pros

      Great team work. Everyone pitches in to help get the best care provided for our residents. The Administrator even helps out answering call bells and making beds. People have fun and enjoy interacting with one another. The management offers a lot of training opportunities to keep our skills at top notch. The 1st floor is modern and well run.

      Cons

      I would like to work more hours, but I realize that it is necessary for the company to manage overtime.

      Thank you for your response. We do feel we have great teamwork at Burcham Hills. We have worked hard to realize and appreciate strengths of the staff, and we support a strong interdisciplinary team. This creates positive and rewarding results. Servant Leadership is a highly emphasized and can be realized throughout our organization. Residents, clients, guests and staff have a strong sense of a caring, positive culture throughout Burcham Hills. DO THE RIGHT THING is stressed at all times.

      Wonderful culture of support for Burcham Hills residents and staff. Room for position advancement, educational scholarships, flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      Retirement benefits are acceptable, but could be increased to offer additional support for employee future finance planning. Increased retirement benefit would bring Burcham Hills into alignment with other industry employers.
