I love the flexibility, my coworkers, and my students!

There are more stressful times of year than others.

There’s some decent middle management that do care about you. However they are at the hands of upper management

HR is sketchy. They have been caught doing illegal things for YEARS Contact Center has terrible management and everyone hates it There is a higher up that doesn’t understand this is a college and not a sales job Benefits and pay are terrible They want enrollment not graduation Financial Aid has to put in serve amount of hours to get things done because they are taking forever to invest in technology to help employees So many people gossip and treat people like this is a high school and play favorites There is always questionable management and HR going on at all times.
