Pros

Can train for another area or job title if the position is open. The hours were flexible and was able to work out a schedule that worked with other obligations I had.

Cons

Long hours on your feet with minimum wage salary. Often times management fails to give proper reprimands towards employees who do not do their work, leaving you to pick up the slack.

Pros

Most are the servers are great and the morning cook is one of the best i have ever seen. Was owned by the same private equity group that ran Red Lobster into the ground. Just sold and new group is no better.

Cons

The general manager basically doesn't even work 40 hours a week and lives an hour away. The district manager lives 2 hours away, micro-manages, right down to calling on the phone and telling managers to cut when she has no idea of how and when rushes hit. The labor percentage required is so low the stores are filthy and service is terrible. Dying on the vine. There is one manager who gets drunk on the job. The pay is abysmal.
