Pros

This company is great for someone that looking for experience in sales. They have amazing benefits that is worth it especially if you are married and have a family.

Cons

The company is focused on quanity and not quality. They want to track your daily work by information you enter in the system but with added processes and duties to the sales team its impossible to get our work done. The job requires a large amount of administrative work instead of allowing the sales team to focus on selling to customers. They are also promoting sales assistants so fast to sales that by the time they are excellent at their jobs they are being promoted. And we are stuck training a new person and starting from scratch. It takes at least 6 months to train a sales assistant. You can't expect us to quote, follow up, telemarket, go on outside calls and never really get the chance to have an assistant that can handle all the adminstrative paperwork. In order for a sale representavtie to be promoted to cell manager for certain locations you have to move to another state. Their is no secondary level for management for employees that have outstanding progress and numbers with company.

Pros

Great company to work for. Fast growing, thriving company. For being a corporation, work environment does not feel that way, in a good way. Friendly people, very nice , well kept facility. Good pay, good benefits.

Cons

Only wish more hours given to work remote. Hopefully that changes in future, to better accommodate balance of work life/ home life. And to keep up with other companies in industry offering remote work.
